This October, Social club // Local 21 is back and thrilled to invite you to join us for the invigorating dining experience and a soulful connection intertwined in a theme of ‘Sea to Soul’. In collaboration with Khaled Alsaadi, an emerging UAE-based Emirati Chef, 21grams is planning a dinner that will excite your taste palette and your soul.

- Dibba Bay Oyster Cart with Chef’s selection of condiments.

Emirati Chef Khaled Alsaadi will be making:
- King Fish McMuffins, Bell Pepper Remoulade & Sumac Tartar
- Hamour Ceviche, Puffed Skin Crackers, Pickled Chilli & Fermented Green Apple Leche de Tigre

21grams Head Chef Milan will be making:
- Phyllo Pie with Potato and Prawns served with Kulen Mayo and Lemon Basil Herbs
- Cold Smoked Sea Bream | Served with Beetroot, Manouri Cheese and Walnuts
- Salt Baked Salmon with Vine Leaves | Served with Dalmatian Potatoes, Green Chard and Black Olives

For dessert, 21grams Head Chef Milan will be making:
- Raspberry Milk Cake

For dessert, Emirati Chef Khaled Alsaadi will be making:
- Black Lime & White Chocolate Cheesecake

Cancellation policy:
The payment will be fully refunded if a cancellation is made more than 4 days in advance, and 50% will be refunded if it is made less than 3 days in advance. Any cancellation under 24 hours will forfeit the whole payment.
